Natural fermentation with native yeasts, maceration for 4-5 weeks on the skins.

Intense and deep ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, strong floral notes of violet and iris with spicy notes of red fruits, vanilla and cloves. In the mouth it reveals a great structure: harmonious, dry and tasty, with a balanced acidity; very round and persistent with great aging potential. Good tannins that are refined over time to a smooth velvety.

Pairings: Ribollita, beans, game and stews; cured cheeses and chocolate.
