A superb rich and deep ruby colour with flashes of light.
The nose shows grass notes which emerge along with
fruit and spice notes.
Very rich and concentrated hints of mulberry and
raspberry with a pleasant background note of white
pepper, hazelnut and vanilla. The palate is dry and with
good structure, well-balanced by a light tannic hint

Excellent with roast red meats, game and medium- and
long-aged cheeses

Dedicated to the Torriani family, this wine represents one
of the maximum expressions of the Merlot in the Collio
Goriziano Full and soft, this is a great wine, easy to drink
when young and with capacity to age in bottle for many
years
