PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY

Prosecco is one of the most famous Italian sparkling wines. Obtained from Glera grapes cultivated in the historical Treviso area, north of Venice.

Winemaker notes: Prosecco has a bright and pale straw-yellow colour. Bouquet is lean but characteristic with an apple scent upfront. Flavour is well balanced between acidity and residual sugars making this sparkling wine particulary agreeable and enjoyable.

Food matches: Particularly pleasant as an aperitif, a fine accompaniment to fingerfoods and light, informal lunches.
