TUFAIE SOAVE SUPERIORE DOCG CLASSICO

"Tufaie", named after the old tuff quarries which used to surrounded Verona. A rich Soave with the typical complex nose of the hillside vineyards from which it comes.

Winemaker notes: "Tufaie" or Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave without the influence of vines that could disturb the typical organoleptic characteristics of the autochthonous grapes. With a light golden yellow colour, it is full, smooth, rounded and easy and ready to drink.

Food matches: It is recommended with crustaceans and delicate sea fish but also with the white meats of chicken and turkey.

Serving temperature: 12 - 14° C.
