Look back, Go ahead: this wine is the outcome of a great enterprise we have been continuously facing and refining for years. A carefully choice of the grapes together with some winery techniques, re-examined in a modern key, have been the base for this project. "Retrieve a myth of Bolla’s past years and recreating it with a long view into the future provided us with a superb challenge." (C. Scrinzi)

Winemaker notes: This wine is an example of our efforts to make the most of the typicity of our regions and of our grapes preserving, in the best possible way, the original technique of Ripasso.

Food matches: Recommended with grilled meats like steak, T-bone, barbecue, read meat and seasoned tasty cheeses.

Serving temperature: Definitely at room temperature (18°C), like all wines which have been aged for a long time. It benefits from decanting.
