Prosecco DOC Extra dry

The Prosecco Doc extra dry is a delicate wine, with an aromatic ending on the palate. Unmixed only made from Glera grapes that are selected in the best hill areas of the Treviso area and still harvested by hand, so that the physiological maturation occurs earlier and the wine gives this pleasant acidity. It has a pale straw yellow color and notes of candied fruit.

THE WINE
Light bright straw yellow color with fine, persistent foam. Distinctive bouquet with hints of candied fruit on the palate clean, very pleasant, with natural residual sugar content and a significant aromatic finish.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Antipasti, delicate appetizers, fish, cold white meat dishes and pastries. Excellent as an aperitif.
