I Frati Privilegio di Famiglia represents a further expression of our wine over time, with a 5-year bottle aging.

It is our pride and joy, the wine that has made the company's image known and continues to be. It has the direct thread with its variety, Turbiana, our native grape. Designed to be consumed in the vintage, it expresses the best part of itself many years after bottling.

In its youth it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white flowers and balsamic, hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve, expressing mineral notes with greater determination.
The wine acquires its own complexity with hints of iodine, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth it is capable of enveloping the whole palate thanks to an important savory essence accompanied by lively and exuberant acidity.
It is preferred with a serving temperature of about 10 degrees, with cold or warm but delicate appetizers and accompanies fish dishes whether boiled, steamed or grilled.
