Tasting notes: Intense straw yellow in color, it has a fine and elegant nose with vegetable notes of Mediterranean scrub, floral touches of elderberry and hawthorn, along with hints of pulpy fruit. On the palate it is crisp, tasty and with the right minerality.

Pairing: Grilled seafood and fish dishes but it is also capable of accompanying white meats and typical starters based on veal with tuna sauce.
