Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with abundant golden reflections. The bouquet is rich and intense, with notes of apple, peach and tropical fruits, followed by aromatic herbs and acacia honey. The nose is also enriched with decisive mineral notes of flint. On the palate it is smooth and fresh at the same time, full-bodied and tasty. Persistence is important.
Pairing: Fish dishes. Excellent with vegetable tempura and squid.
