This special cuvée is produced in limited quantities and is the result of very rigorous selection, making it a Gran Cuvée of absolutely outstanding quality. It is the first example of a Franciacorta produced by the very ancient technique of using “small barrels” in order to give full expression - interpreting them in a feminine style - to the Chardonnay grapes from the older vineyards with southerly exposure, lying high on the hillsides of the commune of Erbusco.

Grape variety:
The grapes used are 100% Chardonnay.

Color:
Its mousse is abundant and creamy; the perlage is extremely fine and persistent.
It has a straw yellow colour with faint golden highlights.

Nose:
It reveals an intense, attractive and complex bouquet, redolent of peach blossom, honey and hazelnuts.

Flavor:
A very feminine, gentle and graceful wine.
Its flavour is fresh and moreish. It is soft and delicate, and elegantly refined.

Food pairing:
All dishes, especially white meat.
