Brilliant and lively white wine with hints of golden rose made from Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes.
Very small beads releasing elegant and complex aromas. Aromas of fully blended fruity and wild fruit notes to floral and fresh flower notes: currant, pomegranate, quince, wild rose, and lemon and artemisia flowers. A lively, fresh, harmonious and lingering mouth-feel.
Excellent with aperitifs, shellfish and seafood.
Delicious paired with salted mullet roe. Its use compliments traditional dishes such as the typical Abruzzese salame, codfish fritters, pasta and chickpeas, minestra mare e monti, typical seafood pasta soup.
