TASTING NOTES
At sight, intense ruby ​​red. The nose reveals hints of crunchy red fruit, wild rose and light spices. In the mouth it develops naturally and balanced, on fruity and mineral notes. Dry, fresh and soft, with evident tannic component, it closes long and persistent.

PAIRINGS
It goes beautifully with grilled fish, cold cuts and cheeses. A rack of lamb is also excellent.
