Truffles are delivered to the farm immediately after harvest, followed by selected by shape and size. Then they are washed and cut in the sizes that you will find in the jars, all strictly by hand, without the aid of industrial machinery. The only ingredients are: truffles, premium quality extra virgin olive oil and salt


Excellent product for pasta seasoning, but also excellent for garnishing second courses or appetizers of bruschetta or cheese.
