Truffles are delivered to the farm immediately after harvest, below
they are selected by shape and size. Later they come
washed and cut into the sizes you will find in the jars, all strictly a
hand, without the aid of industrial machinery.
The only ingredients are: truffles, extra virgin olive oil from
first quality and salt.
Whole truffle to use in any way. It preserves all the goodness and genuineness of a fresh truffle
collected. You can grind, cut into slices or "scrape" over dishes to enrich sight and taste.
