Recipe for meat-vegetable roll
Ingredients:
- 250 gr minced pork
- 250 gr minced beef
- 2 fresh (Tuscan) sausages
- 2 eggs
- Parmigiano / Parmesan cheese
- nutmeg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Dry bread
- Organic tomato and vegetable sauce Bio Colombini
- Good olive oil / Bio Colombini
- Salt and pepper
- 1 glass of white wine
- Fresh sage and rosemary
Preparation:
Mix the meat with the sausage meat from the sausage, eggs, finely chopped parsley, garlic, a little nutmeg, Parmesan cheese and bread softened in milk. Shape the mixture to a big roll and let it rest for 2 hours.
Then place in a casserole with a little olive oil. Add the tomato and vegetable sauce, the chopped sage and rosemary and the white wine. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes, until golden.
Once it has cooled, cut into slices and serve.
