Tuscan Grappa Souvenir Castelli from the farm "Vecchia Fattoria Castelli".
The Vecchia Fattoria Castelli is a typical Tuscan farmhouse, founded in the 18th Century and later extended with, among other things, an excellent wine cellar, which was dug underground in the tuff.
In addition to the wine cellar also the so-called "Coppaio" was perfectly preserved. This is a historic cellar, typical to the region around Impruneta in which was kept the olive oil that has been produced in the oil press that is still visible today.
The buildings have been renovated according to old plans and using original materials in order to preserve the original appearance.
From the old farmhouse four apartments have been created: La Casa del Fattore, l'uva passa, la Soffitta, il Coppaio.
Furthermore, large dining rooms were created.
