The Lugana Grappa is obtained from the distillation of fresh Lugana pomace. The pomace, obtained as a byproduct of the crushing of the Lugana grape, is delivered daily to the distiller. We have succeeded in maintaining a good fragrance in the typical vine perfumes. The old distillery, run in the family tradition, today still uses the most traditional distillation techniques, more onerous in terms of labour but in the end succeeds in reaching the highest quality, keeping faith with our company principles. A grappa of medium alcohol proof, 45°, white, soft, which makes it suitable for the end of a meal as a digestion aid.

Grape variety: Trebbiano of Lugana.

Tasting and technical notes

Color: colorless, limpid and crystalline.

Nose: banana, hazelnut, sage with flavors like elder a nd light tomato leaves. It‘s perceptible the medlar and the stronger berry of wild rose.

Mouth: tending to the sweet and refined. It does not attack the mouth, but thanks to kindness, conqueres it.

Alcohol volume: 45% Vol

Pairing: homemade shortbread biscuits, alone at the end of a meal to be sipped slowly.
