DESCRIPTION: this grappa is obtained from the distillation of Barolo pomaces. It's amber-coloured for the long refinement in little casks where it acquired an aromatic sensory mark very deep and at the same time a great of softness. The scent is wide, pleasant and intense of vanilla with light spicy notes; the flavour is soft and of character.
