The grape skins from which the very fine wine, Amarone della Valpolicella, is made are distilled by Bonollo's master distillers in the family's discontinuous stills, which make it possible to obtain the Grappa Of Amarone which is distinguished by its harmony and exceptional wealth of aromas, from typical ripe red fruit tones to light yet extremely rare notes that recall the world of spices.
