Dill is an all year long aromatic herb whose fresh aroma reminds somebody of fennel, other of anise, cumin or mint. Telling the truth dill taste is hot and intense, very typical and particular. In cooking dill is used to flavour different kinds of food: its fresh leaves are chopped up seasoning soups, boiled potatoes, fish based recipe, eggs and fresh cheese.
