Recipe:
Spaghetti with sea urchin cream

- 400 g spaghetti Pastificio Mancini
- 55 g of sea urchin cream Bottarga di Tonno Group
- Red Garlic from Nubia
- Chopped parsley
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Place the chopped parsley and the whole garlic in a pan with olive oil.

Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain and add to the pan. Now add the sea urchin cream and mix well.
