We grow organic two-row barley (Concerto variety) in our own fields, which is subsequently malted in Italy by the cooperative of brewing barley producers to which we belong.
Selvatica is an amber beer characterized by a significant use of wild hops, a native variety of the Avisane hills that we have tamed and have been cultivating for years around our agricultural brewery.
Selvatica is a top fermented organic beer. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification process. It is a living beer where the yeasts naturally present in the bottle determine an evolution of the product over time.
