Dark red amber colored beer, produced with 100% barley malt, with an intense, dry, slightly bitter taste and with a caramel and hazelnut aftertaste due to the use of special malts, a compact, creamy and close-fitting foam.
Not filtered, not pasteurized, high fermentation and refermented in the bottle.
Ingredients: Gualdo Tadino water, barley malt, cane sugar, hops, yeasts, sugar for bottle refermentation.
