Buratto is a soft wheat type 2 organic flour, obtained without the addiction of preservatives, stabilizers or any other chemical additives, particularly appreciated for being a raw and natural product; these last qualities are due to the very light part od fiber and germ of the grain that remain after the processing, distinguishing it from the other flours.
From the Mulino Marino so it is born the “abburattata” (sifted) flour: the whitest produceable through the milling with natural stones.
Endowed with rich, intense aromas and tastes the Farina Buratto is used for the production of bread, pizza, desserts, biscuits, and fresh pasta.
Moreover, it is the official flour used and approved by the Italian pizza and bread master Gabriele Bonci.
