More than fifteen years ago the Pasticceria Giotto project came to life, a gamble. Today it is a reality: a professional pastry laboratory inside a prison that churns out artisanal pastries with the rigor that haute patisserie demands.
What makes this possible is the work of master pastry chefs, logistics and quality professionals who choose to do their work in the prison every day.
The teams are trained and supervised by our social bureau, which actively collaborates with the prison for the selection and training of inmates.
