Tasting notes: Straw yellow with a fine, abundant and persistent perlage. The nose is unusual and intriguing, playing on an alternating shades of graphite and hawthorn, and characterized by notes of yellow fruit and dried fruit. The drink is balanced, fresh and full-bodied. The finish is citrus and tasty.

Pairing: First courses, light vegetable soups and fish dishes. Excellent with tuna tartare or as an accompaniment to scallops au gratin.
