Origin: 27 hectares in the DOC Valpolicella area
Grapes: Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 30% , Molinara 10%
Maturation: 7 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks;4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks;2 months ageing in Slavonian oak barrels of 65 hectoliters
Alcohol content: 12% by vol.
Colour: Ruby red
Fragrance: Very fresh and fruity, with lots of cherry notes.
Taste: Fairly intense, sweet cherry flavours. Well balanced and full of flavours.
Recommended with: Pasta, pizza, vegetables, white and red meats, fresh cheeses
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C/60.8-64.4°F
