Rasola is not a wine, it is an old relative, to whom you owe everything, who comes back to visit you: grapes from black and white berry vineyards, all together, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, no temperature control, no addition of sulfites, transparent bottle, overbearing vinosity.
It is "Dino's wine" and it is unexpectedly good, clean, precise, enjoyable in its simplicity and immediacy.
