A winemaker who a few years ago embarked on a path of change from an agriculture that he said "was killing the soil" to one that instead aims to enhance it, and express the best without exploiting it.

A path certainly not without its difficulties and pitfalls: lower yields, the nanny towards meteorological and microbiological factors since treatments are limited to a minimum; but this is the path chosen with conviction and awareness by the winery.
