Tasting notes: Dark pink color with a tendency to orange. On the nose it catches with marked saline notes accompanied by dried raisins and prunes. Full-bodied and mineral, it leaves the mouth clean and velvety, with hints of stew and orange peel, also dry.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany seafood and crustaceans, such as a Catalan lobster, or pumpkin tortelli.
