As the name suggests, the Seicento is a white wine, which is made from a blend of white grapes grown on hills, almost mountains. Garganega di Brenton is the highest area of the Soave region.
The Soave grapes give structure, Durella gives freshness and Sauvignon gives a good fragrance. The result is a perfect marriage between indigenous and international grapes which are grown under protection of nature and the environment.

Origin of the name: The name "Seicento" refers to the altitude of the Vineyard, which is 600 m. a. s. l.
Origin of vineyard: Small plots of vineyards located on Monte Calvarina (450-600 M.a.s.l.): an ancient volcano famous for the American military base.
Grape variety: 60% Garganega; 30% Durella; 10% Sauvignon
Vines per hectare: 6000
Training system: Guyot
Sun exposure: South
Soil: Volcanic with abundance of basaltic rocks (Slopes of Monte Calvarina).
Yield per hectare: 100 ql. grapes
Vinification: Manual harvesting using crates, grapes selection, de-stemming, selection of berries, slow crushing and pressing in nitrogen saturation. The three grape varieties are vinificated separately and then assembled during the bottling.
Fermentation: In temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Straw yellow
Nose: Floral with aromas of citrus and notes of wet black rocks.
Palate: Fresh, mineral, sapid
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Serving Temperature: 12 º - 14º C
Shelf Life: 5/7 years
Food Pairing: White meat and fish dishes.
