Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: straw yellow with marked greenish reflections, beautiful and persistent foam.

Nose: fine, young and fresh aroma, with a slight hint of fruit and white flowers.

Palate: rich, soft, with a pleasant sensation of full and elegant roundedness.
