VARIETY
85% Glera, 15% Pinot Noir
VINIFICATION
The vinification of Glera grapes is done traditionally, with soft pressing of the berries and brief cryomaceration. The Pinot Nero macerates on the skins for 5 days at 20 °C. After racking, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 15-16 °C.
The two wines are then blended and placed in autoclave with selected yeasts for the second fermentation with Martinotti-Charmat method at 15 °C.ALCOHOL11,5% vol.

Light raspberry.
PERLAGE
Fine and elegant.
PERFUME
The typical bouquet of prosecco is combined with the delicate scents of pinot that recall raspberry and wild strawberry.
TASTE
The fine bubble caresses the palate in a velvety embrace, releasing the fresh fragrance of red fruits.
PAIRINGS
An intriguing aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, such as salted mini brioches with salmon or pizzas with San Marzano DOP and fior di latte. It loves strawberry tarts and berry macarons.
