This white wine is made from Pinot Nero grapes, which is grown in the vineyards of our winery in the village of Montebello della Battaglia (PV).
CORK: made from ork
ALCOHOL: 11.5% Vol
HARVEST: Third week of August.
FERMENTATION: Soft pressing with a direct separation of the skins. Then immediately fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
REFINEMENT: A month in the bottle prior to sale.
BOTTLING: February
TASTING NOTES: This wine is important and lively and has a straw yellow color. The nose is broad, with intense fruit notes of apple and peach. The taste is full and well balanced with a very long lasting finish.
RECOMMENDATION: It goes well with pasta and rice dishes and appetizers from vegetables. Ideal with shellfish and fish with delicate sauces.
