Description Sauvignon is an elegant, lightly
aromatic-grassy white wine,
greenish yellow in colour, racy
with an aroma and flavour
reminiscent of green capsicum,
gooseberry, tomato leaves and
asparagus.

fish and as an aperitif.
Served 12° – 14° C
