Bonarda from Cantina I Doria di Montalto is a full-bodied and structured sparkling red wine typical of the Oltrepò Pavese tradition. Clearly moved and "enriched" with a percentage of wines barricaded and left to ferment for at least 1 month with the addition of yeasts for the classic method. Intense aroma, fruity aromas with a prevalence of red fruit and plum. Dry but velvety flavor, full and with a return of almond aroma.
