VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where they naturally also carry out the malolactic fermentation.
AGING: In oak barrels for 12 months. In bottle for 12 months.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
PRODUCTION: 4,000 bottles.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 15 ° C.
COLOR: Impenetrable intense ruby red. It leaves a trace in the walls of the glass where a crown of tight tears is formed that slide very slowly.
NOSE: Clean, fascinating and complex, it opens with aromas of spices, licorice, pepper and coffee fused with hints of black berries, blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by delicate notes of plum.
TASTE: At the entrance it is full and enveloping, with tannins present that balance the alcohol content and glycerin leaving the mouth clean.
