Harmonious union of Monovitigno® Grape Distillates Ribolla, Moscato, Merlot and Malvasia, distilled separately with artisanal method and aged over 5 years in barriques and small barrels.

It continues with the cutting of the heads and tails, in special exclusive copper steam stills, created by Benito Nonino for the distillation of grapes, fruit of innovation and continuous research. The distillation takes place very slowly in order to allow the volatile components, responsible for the perfumes, a proper evaporation and consequent condensation, keeping intact the precious organoleptic characteristics of the chosen grape variety.

Visual sensation - Amber color, intense and velvety.
Olfactory sensation - To the nose it is very rich, soft and elegant, unique! With fruity and floral scents, vanilla, almond, dried fruits and grapes typical of the great vines of origin and of the aging in small casks of different woods.
Tasting sensation - Elegant and spicy with clear confirmation of aromatic nuances. Persistent.
Perfect to end a lunch, shared with friends, matched with cigars; unforgettable when matched with foie gras, bitter chocolate or chocolate desserts.
