Blend of Pinot noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%), grapes chosen from the oldest vineyards (with an average age of 40 years) planted by Alban's grandfather (hence the name, Corbeaux). Malolactic fermentation carried out, cuvée base with 80% vintage wine and addition of 20% Vins de Réserve (2 previous vintages). 40 months of maturation on the lees (January 2016-May 2019), final dosage of less than 5 gr / liter, for an extra brut of name and fact.
Very fine bubbles, a champagne with a strong character where the strength of the Pinot Noir is tempered by a Chardonnay of excellent pulp and maturity.
