Alban Corbeaux presents its entry-level Champagne entirely made with grapes from the Grand Cru de verzy plots. Highest quality pirma material. Blend between pinot noir (65%) and chardonnay (35%) from the vineyards owned by Verzy. Performance of maloletic fermentation, base cuvée with 70% vintage wine and addition of 30% vins de réserve (2 previous harvests). 28-month maturation on yeasts (project of January 2017, disgorgement of May 2019), dosage with maison liqueur prepared in the old one (panela and reserve wine) for a final dosage of about 7 gr / liter.
Elegant bubbles, with a beautiful acidity in evidence.
To accompany salty anchovies, caviar, seafood, blue cheese, grilled fish, pasta with fish sauces.
