Natural stone milled flour made up of raw durum wheat, soft wheat, spelt, rye, rice, buckwheat, mais and seeds of pumpkin, millet, flax, sesame and sunflower all bio organic certified.
It is a mixture of seven cereals all of them organic and different, following high quality standards.
The result is an aromatic, tasty flour with the right technologic characteristic than can be used in many different preparations, always respecting our tradition.
This flour is suited to the preparation of bread, tarts, biscuits, crackers and snacks.
We specify that this flour has NO addition of gluten or any other improvers.
