properly blended to obtain a flour suitable for the preparation of bread, pizza, fresh and dry pasta, cakes and all other uses. It is specified that this flour is free of added gluten and other improvers.

Type Ø wheat flour from Mulino Marino is obtained by cylinder milling of cereals from organic crops. The grains are selected according to quality, safety and biodiversity criteria and milled following their characteristics without the addition of additives, preservatives and stabilizers.
