Antica Polenta Bresciana, originated from an initiative of Agriculture of the Province of Brescia in collaboration with the Institute of Cereal of Bergamo. Together they have identified a type of corn that safeguarding the local tradition of polenta, made of taste, quality and unmistakable scents. The corn is ground separately in a mill stone and packed in a controlled atmosphere.
HOW TO PREPARE A GOOD POLENTA FOR 4 PEOPLE
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add salt and pour 200/250 grams of corn flour to rain, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps and cook over medium heat for 40-60 minutes. It is recommended to incorporate the flour in small doses given the high level of the product.
