At the end of the 60s the Dubini family bought the farm "Palazzone" of Rocca Ripesena, identified by Monaldo Monaldeschi della Cervara, historian of noble Orvieto family, with the one built in 1299 by Cardinal Teodorico, on the occasion of the first Jubilee, as ospitalis for pilgrims. Today, after a restoration respectful of its noble architecture, the "Palazzone" is a boutique hotel with elegant suites.
